Process Maturity

A software development process is mature if:

           Development Activities are well defined.

Management has some control over the project management.

Process Maturity is described by a number of levels and the associated measurements (metrics) to manage the process.

With increasing maturity the risk of project failure decreases.

ISL has helped many companies to mature their quality process.
